Tiramisu :: Daring bakers February

The February 2010 Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Aparna of My Diverse Kitchen and Deeba of Passionate About Baking. They chose Tiramisu as the challenge for the month. Their challenge recipe is based on recipes from The Washington Post, Cordon Bleu at Home and Baking Obsession.

I went traditional style here. No need to mess around with perfection.

Homemade from start to finish:
  • ladyfingers
  • marscapone + whipped cream + zabaglione

How did you leave the country AND make tiramisu? Looks great!

I got back Friday night, and have been cooking like a mad-woman ever since. After not cooking for a week, I always get a kitchen version of cabin fever --- except it means I don't want to leave the kitchen!
