June :: Daring cooks! do Dumplings
I've been trying to follow along with the Daring cooks portion of the Daring Bakers new website, but here I am struggling to keep up and posting my dumplings embarassingly late. Since I'm so belated, I'm not going to waste time writing about it. Pictures tell enough of the story, as always.

Just love that last picture of the potstickers they look so crisp and brown. Great effort (even if it is very late) on this challenge.

They look great. This was my first daring challenge and I really enjoyed it. It was a very big moment for me when I produced dumplings that tasted good. Hope you enjoyed it too.
After a few months of Daring Bakers, I was all geared up to do a Daring Cooks challenge but coincidentally, already posted about homemade potstickers in Novemeber and didn't feel like doing a repeat. Yours look great though, nice photos! (P.S. have you seen the next challenge... yikes!)
