potato pierogies (frozen-gasp!), seared kielbasa with red onion, sauteed spinach
roasted red pepper butter, rustic italian farm

OHHHHhhh. I love those frozen ones, i know embarrassing it is
[not as bad as buying bologna though, i've got a funny story to tell you bout that]... gotta get them crispy brown though!
